The Power of Now | Book Summary in Urdu

If you like self help books , you must have heard of this book. This book is based on a very powerful idea And that Idea is that past or future are nothing Or you could say they do not exist And all that is there is “now” in which you are living e.g If something bad had happened to you in the past And you are feeling sad because of that Than you are feeling this sadness in the present moment So according to author, it’s not right to say That you are feeling this sadness from the past Because whatever you feed to your emotions, Or whatever information you give to your emotions You do it in the pesent moment And what we call our “Past” is also a collection of the present moments Means your past is also compiled of “present moments” and your future will also cosist of “present moments” later in the day meaning, whatever you will face in the future, that will be happening in the present moment. Those also will be the “present moments” that are yet to come So this is the basic idea of this book (the power of now) And how to impliment this idea in your life, and how to benefit from it, we will explore next The name of the author of this book is “Echhart Tolle” Who was born in Germany. And by profession he is an author and motivational speaker
