Booking your regional trip online is quick,
easy and secure. Head to then in three easy steps, just
search… select…
and pay… We’ll walk you through it, step by step. First, search for available services that
suit your travel plans. On the left side of the screen, click on ‘Book’ …then under ‘Fares and bookings’ enter where you’re leaving from and your destination. Select ‘One way’ or ‘Return’. Use the calendar button to select your preferred departure date. If you’re making a return trip, select your preferred return date as well. Then, next to ‘Adults’, use the plus and minus buttons to indicate the number of people travelling. If you, or any of the people you are booking
for are concession card holders, children or students, click on ‘Select more passenger types’. A new page will open. Don’t worry – you won’t lose any of the information you’ve just entered. On this new page you can choose a passenger
type, and the type of concession or travel pass that passenger holds. The card or pass
must be valid – you will be asked to enter the card ID later in the booking process. To add more passengers to your booking, click on ‘Add passenger’. To remove a passenger, click on the red bin icon. When you have added all your passengers, click on the ‘Search’ button. Next, select the journey that’s right for you. You will see all available trip options that
match your search criteria. You can navigate between dates to see services
on the previous day and on the following day. Click on a trip to see more details, including
departure and arrival times, connecting services, and fare options. If you are travelling by train, you can choose between ‘Economy’ or ‘First class’ seats. Click for information about luggage allowances,
on board facilities and fare rules. Once you’ve decided on your trip and fare, click on ‘Select this trip’. If you’re making a return trip, choose your
return trip and fare, and click on ‘Select this trip’. This will take you to a page with a blank
‘booking details’ form, and you will see details of your trip on the right. Complete the form, including entering the
name of each passenger, and the concession card ID of any passenger entitled to a concession fare. Choose which passenger should be the contact person for this booking and enter their contact details. Scroll down to review your booking, and don’t forget to agree to the terms and conditions. Check all your trip and booking details are
correct, then click on ‘Go to secure payment’ at the bottom of the page. You will be redirected to the Westpac secure
payment system. You’ll see a summary of your booking on
the right of the page. Enter your credit or debit card details then click on ‘Continue to review details’. On the next screen, click on ‘Pay’ to complete your booking. Your booking number and trip details will
be displayed on screen. We’ll email you your ticket and all the
details of your trip. You can print your ticket before you travel, or simply show it on your phone or tablet when you board your service. And that’s it. Your trip is all booked in!
